Synopsis:
Since the second half of the 20th century, the world has seen a global change, which influenced all our following life. It is called the Law of Time. The speed of information flow has grown dozens of times and is not going to slow down. And this has a great effect on a global society. People can't deny that everyone needs knowledge, but things used to be different in centuries past. The power of regent clans was based on the ignorance of the masses. But today, to have the power, they have to give knowledge to servants, and there is too much knowledge uncovered. And so, those in the crowd who want to know, can understand the principles of global control. After that, no one can rule them through consciousness.
